Celebrate the season with our Ceramic Pumpkin House Workshop
a cozy and creative handbuilding class where you’ll build your very own pumpkin house from clay!
In this 2-hour guided session, you’ll start with 2 lbs of clay and use the pinch-pot method to create a hollow ball. Our instructor will guide you step-by-step to transform the ball into a pumpkin shape. Once the form is created, you’ll add detailed features like windows, doors, vines, and textures to give your piece personality. Your finished pumpkin house makes a perfect autumn centerpiece, lantern, or fairy home.
After your piece is bisque fired, you’ll receive an email to schedule your glazing session. Glazing session and materials are included in the workshop fee—no extra charges!

– Bringing in outside alcohol is prohibited.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled class time to be sure your check-in process is complete and your class may begin on time.
What to Bring
– Our studio is cold in the winter and hot in the summer
– please dress accordingly
– Please wear comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting messy!
Special Requirements
Glazing Your Piece
– Students will need to come back to glaze their own piece to give it a colorful and glossy surface. The glazing fee is included in the class.
– You will get an email notification to schedule your glazing date once we complete a bisque firing for your piece.
